I have upgraded 3 times in the last 16 years. I got tired of looking at rusted out, bad floor, major project trailers on the Oregon coast; so I announced to my husband I was off to the big city to find me a New trailer. He went with me to keep me in check. (I had saved every penny for about a year for a down) I got a bronco stock trailer I could fit 3 horses in if I had to and was off like gangbusters. It was new and shiny...After my mother moved to a new home I noticed a 2 horse slant parked down the street. I would walk around peek in the window of the tack room. Oh, the thought that my stuff wouldnt get wet....ohhh the envy. So I would march up the steps and knock.. They were NEVER home. The trailer never moved for a year. I finally caught someone at home... a month later, I upgraded by selling my little stock trailer and taking a loan out from Mom.. Loved my trailer...Fast forward to last year... Horse camping and no where for me to sleep. I then searched the internet and found a 3 horse slant at a good price...So I now have my tack converted to a sleeper/weekender and I plan on camping as many weekends as I can.. It only took me 17 years to get here... But I love being able to haul my gooseneck. I am still working on the backing part. KeriAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
